My longest most detailed, or boring, video ever. Where I show a few of my projects from over the years. First I repaired sheets for dog covers, then I made dogs beds, then started a HUGE “granny square” quilt, and made a 80 X 100 canvas Confederate flag.
I am certainly not the best sewing instructor. But I have figured out a few things about how to run a manual machine. I show how I used guides and patterns to make the process a little easier and keep everything uniform. Without these tricks I would probably still be trying to get the 4×4 squares sewn into strips. It is still not exactly perfect but when it is all done you can’t really notice 1/8″ here or 1/2″ there.
I have maybe close to 150 hours or more in the quilt. I made it for my GF but I don’t know if I will let her use it or not.
